How to contact us

They make Ridermaker work: your session, form security, your preferences and this choice. When you pay, also those of our payment provider, PayPro Global.

They tell us, in aggregate, which pages and features are used, so we know what to improve. They store a random identifier in your browser for 12 months. If you start a trial or a subscription, our server reports it to Google with that identifier, so we know which channel you came from.

They let us measure which ads work and let Meta show them to people who may be interested in Ridermaker. The Meta pixel runs in your browser: it sees the Ridermaker pages you visit, receives your IP address as any connection does, and stores its cookies (_fbp and _fbc) for 90 days. If you sign up, start a trial or a subscription, we report it to Meta with those cookies and an identifier of your account (and, for the trial and the subscription, your encrypted email), so it can match it with its ads. If you arrive from one of our ads and sign up, we save with your account which ad you came from, to know which ones work; this is not sent to Meta. From our server we never send Meta your name or your IP address.
