Ridermaker Help Center

Cancelling your subscription or free trial

Two ways to cancel, and what happens to your access and to your riders.

You can leave Ridermaker whenever you want.

Two ways to cancel

  • Delete everything. In My account, use Delete Account & Subscription. Your Ridermaker account is deleted completely and the paid subscription at PayPro Global is cancelled with it.
  • Cancel the paid subscription and keep your free Ridermaker account. Open My account, press Manage Pro/Premium subscription and cancel it in the PayPro Global portal. Your Ridermaker account is not deleted and you keep using Ridermaker in its free version.

If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you pay nothing.

What happens to your access

  • If you had already paid: you keep Pro/Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is cut short.
  • If you paid with PayPal and cancel the automatic payments from your PayPal account: that also counts as cancelling. You keep Pro/Premium until the end of the period you paid for; from that date, if you want to continue, subscribe again from the pricing page.
  • If you were on the free trial: your access ends immediately. If you change your mind before the trial would have ended, press Reactivate on the pricing page: the trial is restored at no cost until its original end date.

What happens to your riders

If you only cancel the paid subscription, you will go back to working with a single rider.

The work you did on Pro/Premium with text boxes, custom images, custom lists, outputs, etc. is not lost. It stays saved in your account and you can get it back if you reactivate your Pro/Premium license.

Important: some things are lost on the free plan:

  • If you clear the rider or replace it with a new one, its Pro features go with it.
  • If you delete a rider, it cannot be recovered when you go back to Pro/Premium either.
  • If you edit the Details text, it is saved as plain text of up to 2,000 characters, without its formatting.

If you cancel your account by deleting everything, all the content of your Ridermaker account is deleted, including your riders.

Will you help us improve Ridermaker?

We use our own and third-party cookies (Google and Meta) to understand how Ridermaker is used and to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. For the ads, Meta receives the Ridermaker pages you visit and, if you sign up or start a trial or a subscription, a notice from our server (with your encrypted email only for the trial or the subscription).

This tells us what to improve and helps us reach more technicians like you. You can change your mind at any time. More information in our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
